The San Diego & Imperial Counties Labor Council (SDICLC), an affiliate of the state CA Labor Fed and the national AFL-CIO, is a democratic organization comprised of 136 affiliated local unions. Each affiliated union receives a number of delegates in proportion to their total membership size. Delegates come together to discuss ways to grow our union movement, build solidarity among each other as well as the broader community, and otherwise work toward a more democratic and just world for all.

The Imperial County Unions Meeting is a space for our affiliated Imperial County unions to come together to grow our union movement, build solidarity among each other as well as the broader community, and otherwise work toward a more democratic and just world for all.

The SDICLC Political Coordinators Meeting is a space for our affiliated unions’ Political Staff to come together to grow our union movement, build solidarity among each other as well as the broader community, and otherwise work toward a more democratic and just world for all.
